Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and revise contracts.
• Conduct legal research and draft reports, opinions, correspondence and other documents.
• Follow up on the new legislation and regulations.
• Partner with business development teams.
• Conduct due diligence in projects.
• Resolve legal problems during projects.
• Participate in dispute resolution processes.
